2024 Queens

My name is Lillian Bell, and I am honored to serve as your 2025 Miss Washington Parish Balloon Festival Queen. I am 18 years old, the daughter of Caleb and Amber Bell, and the proud older sister of two wonderful little sisters. I currently attend Ben's Ford Christian School, where I hold leadership roles such as President of the National Beta Club, Senior Class Treasurer, and a member of the National Honor Society. Additionally, I am part of the prestigious Bens Ford Honor Court, a role I am deeply humbled to represent. My family, school, and community have always been at the heart of everything I do, and I am truly grateful for the support and opportunities I’ve been given.

I am beyond thrilled to begin this incredible journey as your new queen! The chance to travel, engage with new communities, and meet my amazing rhinestone sisters fills me with excitement and gratitude. I look forward to representing the Washington Parish Balloon Festival with grace and pride, while building lifelong memories and connections. This is an opportunity I will cherish forever, and I can't wait to embrace every moment of this remarkable experience.

My name is Ava Grace Rayborn and I am so honored to serve as the 2025 Washington Parish Balloon Festival Pre-Teen Queen. I am the 13 year old daughter of Alaina and Mike Keen, and the sister to 2 older brothers and 2 younger sisters. I currently attend Bowling Green School where I hold a 4.0 GPA, and I am active in the 4H and Beta Club. Next school year I will attend Franklinton High School, where I will be part of the Varsity Cheer Team. I also attend Westside Emmanuel Baptist Church. After I graduate high school, I plan to attend Louisiana State University and major in Pre-Med. My aspiration is to one day become a Pediatrician allowing me to combine my passion for helping children with a positive impact on their health and well-being. 

Being crowned as the Washington Parish Balloon Festival Pre-Teen Queen has been such an incredible honor, and I am truly thankful for this opportunity. I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, and the community who believed in me. As queen, I plan to give back by engaging in community service, participating in local events, and inspiring other young girls to pursue their dreams. I want to use my platform to promote kindness, confidence, unity among my peers, and making a positive impact in Washington Parish. This role is not just about wearing a crown; it's about being a role model and making a difference! I am beyond excited to be able to travel, meet new rhinestone sisters, and learn about other fairs and festivals while representing the most amazing and unique Festival around. I’ll cherish this opportunity by soaking in every moment and making unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to connect with everyone and really make a difference in our community!
